Chief of Staff

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to help drive execution across the organization. You’ll work closely with leadership to keep priorities clear, unblock teams, and make sure critical initiatives ship on time.

This is an on-site role in Los Angeles with frequent travel to Chicago and Miami.

Key Responsibilities

• Own operational cadence: planning, weekly priorities, notes, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure projects stay on track.
• Prepare briefs, meeting materials, and decision memos for leadership.
• Identify blockers early and drive resolution across teams.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and internal process improvements as needed.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication, with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing under time pressure.
• Highly organized: you naturally build systems to keep work moving.
• Willing to work on-site in Los Angeles and travel frequently to Chicago and Miami.

Compensation

• $36,000.00 USD per year + bonus and equity
• On-site in Los Angeles, CA
• Frequent travel to Chicago and Miami
