This policy explains what information OpenIntel collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. OpenIntel is based in Houston, Texas.

What we collect

When you request an audit, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, firm, email address, phone number (optional), and your message. We also record which service you were viewing if you arrived from a "Request a quote" link.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page speed. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites. This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your request, schedule and deliver an audit, and communicate with you about our services. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your inquiry.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and receive form submissions, and only as needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us by emailing contact@ointel.org. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
